September 6, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> The BySol Solidarity Foundation yesterday announced completing a fundraiser for political prisoners\u2019 children. The campaign marked the beginning of the new school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The foundation raised \u20ac19,951, missing the target of \u20ac26,080, and will spend the money on more than 170 children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BySol expressed their gratitude to the donors. \u201cThanks to you, the children of political prisoners have already received or will soon receive payments of \u20ac100. This money is usually used to buy school supplies,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They stressed that about \u20ac26,000 was needed to satisfy all aid requests. The foundation said that they were committed to finding a way to raise the full amount with the help of their partners and donors so that no child would be left without support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the spring, the foundation raised more than \u20ac25,000 to organize summer holidays for the children of political prisoners. Each child under 16 also received a benefit of \u20ac100.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
