September 15, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> After the active phase of the Zapad-2025 exercise concludes, Lithuania will monitor the return of troops to their permanent bases in Russia and Belarus for several weeks, according to the Baltic country\u2019s defense minister, Dovil\u0117 \u0160akalien\u0117.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIf the Russian and Belarusian forces do not return to their original bases after the Zapad drills, it could raise questions about their plans. It could be considered an increased risk factor,\u201d Delfi <\/em>quoted<\/a> the minister as saying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
