To date, all 31 people who have reached out to the foundation have received a one-off payment of \u20ac1,000. The money was provided by the International Humanitarian Fund, the report said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The process of legalizing those released is ongoing and entails expenses (consular fees, insurance, etc.). BySol participates in the process by distributing funds from an emergency fundraiser.
