His remarks indicate that the NBB initially intends to use the digital rubel for budgetary and quasi-budgetary transfers, before expanding its use to international payments, primarily with Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In February 2024, Michai\u0142 Dziemidzienka, deputy head of a department at the central bank, explained that the main difference between the digital rubel and cryptocurrencies lies in regulation \u2014 the NBB will oversee and control the electronic currency.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>October 15, Pozirk.
