In doing so, the Belarusian ruler amended the August 2023 edict on countering unauthorized payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In line with the edict, the National Bank will organize information exchanges between law-enforcement agencies and payment service providers on drug-linked transfers. The exchanges will go through the central bank\u2019s \u0430utomated incident processing system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the Supreme Court, in the first six months of 2025, the number of people sentenced under the anti-narcotics Criminal Code articles increased by 2.9 percent y\/y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 1,092 people were sentenced in January\u2013June for committing drug trafficking offenses.
