November 15, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> The BelPol intelligence group has released a report<\/a> detailing China\u2019s role in the militarization of Belarus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

China has become the sole supplier of technologies, components and raw materials for Belarusian military production amid international sanctions. It warns that the deepening military cooperation between Minsk and Beijing poses a threat to Europe\u2019s stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The document provides concrete examples: Chinese companies supply mechanical and optical components for assembling sights destined for the Russian military. More than 50 Belarusian companies are involved in producing these sights, most of which are under international sanctions, the report notes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BelPol also states that the Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka regime uses cooperation with China to circumvent sanctions, with contracts being concluded at a high level \u201cunrestricted by moral considerations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
