December 2, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka’s regime is forced to make concessions amid the uncertainty surrounding Ukraine, which may benefit Belarus\u2019 opposition, its leader \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja told the Norwegian Helsinki Committee in Oslo yesterday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
