Some of the trucks reportedly have Russian license plates. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last week, at Linava\u2019s request, the International Road Transport Union (IRU) asked Belarusian authorities to explain why trucks were being held in Belarus, provide their exact number with registration details, and indicate their location. No response has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The trucks entered Belarus before Lithuania closed the border in late October and were not allowed to leave after Lithuania reopened the Medininkai\u2013Kamienny \u0141oh and \u0160al\u010dininkai\u2013Bieniakoni checkpoints on November 20. The vehicles are parked at designated sites, with a fee of \u20ac120 per day charged for each truck or semi-trailer.
