December 10, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>Core inflation, which does not include changes in prices of seasonal goods, volatile or controlled prices, slowed down to 7 percent in November, the Belarusian central bank reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The core inflation had been rising since January, reaching 7.7 percent in August and decelerating to 7.5 percent in September and 7.1 percent in October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last month, fruit and vegetable prices rose by 12.5 percent after posting a rise of 10 percent in October. The government-controlled prices and tariffs increased by 6.2 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aggregate indicator of trend inflation, which represents inflation free of the influence of various shocks, rose by 6.1 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Consumer prices climbed by 0.4 percent in November, 6.5 percent since the start of the year and 7 percent in the 12 months through November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
