{"id":168734,"date":"2025-12-18T12:19:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T09:19:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/168734\/"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T20:10:49","slug":"minsks-gross-domestic-product-growth-slows-down","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/168734\/","title":{"rendered":"Minsk\u2019s gross domestic product growth slows down"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>December 18,&nbsp;<em>Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>Minsk and the Minsk region accounted for 50.8 percent of Belarus\u2019 gross domestic product in January-November, according to <em>Pozirk\u2019s<\/em> analysis of the National Statistical Committee\u2019s (Bie\u0142stat) data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first 11 months of 2025, the economy grew by 1.3 percent to 258 billion rubels in today\u2019s money (some $86.9 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GDP of Minsk amounted to 82.1 billion rubels; the Minsk region, to 49 billion rubels; the Brest region, to 29.9 billion rubels; the Homiel region, to 28.9 billion rubels; the Hrodna region, to 26.4 billion rubels; the Viciebsk region, to 22.5 billion rubels; the Mahilo\u016d region, to 20 billion rubels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Homiel region led the growth with 2.5 percent year on year, followed by the Minsk with 2.3 percent and the Hrodna region with 1.5 percent.
