January 20, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>Belarus was the largest importer of Russian beer last year, accounting for 30 percent of total exports, Russia\u2019s agricultural export agency Agroexport said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kazakhstan followed with 28 percent, China with 10 percent, Kyrgyzstan with 8 percent and Tajikistan with 3 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May 2024, Minsk banned imports of beer produced in produced in Czechia, Poland and the Baltic states, which are among countries that Belarusian officials labelled as \u201cunfriendly.\u201d In late 2025, the ban was extended until December 31, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last year was a record one for Belarusian trade with Russia, which may exceed $60 billion, former Belarusian Ambassador to Russia Alaksandar Raho\u017enik said a few weeks ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
