January 27,<\/strong> Pozirk.<\/strong><\/em> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky instructed the foreign ministry to appoint an envoy for relations with Belarus\u2019 pro-democracy forces, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha told Yevropeiskaya Pravda.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Belarusian track requires special systemic politics,\u201d Sybiha said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor us it is really important to maintain relations with representatives of a democratic Belarus. We believe that time will come, and Belarus, a democratic Belarus, will be the fourth participant in the Lublin triangle,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He stressed that Ukraine does not consider Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka a legitimate president and that he should be held responsible as a co-aggressor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sybiha also accused the \u0141uka\u0161enka regime of providing infrastructure for Russian drone attacks on Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He described Zelensky\u2019s meeting with Belarus\u2019 opposition leader \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja on January 25 as \u201cvery substantive.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
