{"id":173337,"date":"2026-01-28T14:02:58","date_gmt":"2026-01-28T11:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/173337\/"},"modified":"2026-03-10T12:05:06","modified_gmt":"2026-03-10T12:05:06","slug":"belgee-x50-picked-belarus-car-of-the-year-2025","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/173337\/","title":{"rendered":"BelGee X50 picked Belarus\u2019 car of the year 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>January 28, <em>Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>The BelGee X50 with 1.5-liter engine won the Car of the Year 2025 title in Belarus,  a Belarusian Automobile Association (BAA) executive told journalists in Minsk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following models won in the other nominations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most popular sedan (based on sales) \u2014 BelGee S50<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Design of the year (independent experts&#8217; vote) \u2014 Zeekr 7X<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most popular SUV (based on sales) \u2014 BelGee X50<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BelGee, a Chinese-Belarusian joint venture, led the Belarusian market in sales with 22,830 cars, followed by Russia&#8217;s Lada (10,440), China&#8217;s Geely (9,030), BYD (6,610) and Dongfeng (5,040).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The top five most popular models included BelGee X50 (11,380 sold vehicles), BelGee S50 (6,270), BelGee X70 (4,840), Lada Vesta (4,110) and Lada Granta (3,980).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BelGee launched an assembly plant in the Minsk region\u2019s Barysa\u016d district in November 2017.
