Last month, rights defenders added 51 names to their list of political prisoners, with at least 1,158 political prisoners remaining behind bars, including 172 women, at the end of January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An additional 3,272 victims or reprisals have been released after serving their sentences.
