August 3, Pozirk. <\/strong>Alaksiej Hracho\u016dski, a 22-year-old international relations and diplomacy graduate, has been appointed as deputy representative for youth and student affairs at the United Transitional Cabinet (UTC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UTC head \u015aviat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja has approved the appointment of Hracho\u016dski, who will be dealing with \u201cyouth mobility, education and employment,\u201d according to the cabinet\u2019s press office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe first priority is mobility. Young people move, they make contacts, they build networks. No barriers anymore,\u201d Marharyta Vorychava, representative for youth and student affairs, was quoted as saying. \u201cThe second priority is education. Real education for a normal future. Real opportunities. The third priority is work. Real business. Real carriers. Belarusians should have an opportunity to build life for themselves that they really deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vorychava played up Hracho\u016dski\u2019s credentials, noting that he had been responsible for youth engagement in pro-democracy political organizations, tackled the problems of students abroad and ensured that young people from Belarus have access to education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hracho\u016dski graduated from Belarusian Humanities Lyceum, a pro-Belarusian pre-university school in Minsk that was shut down in 2003 by order of Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka but continued to run informal courses for young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, Hracho\u016dski graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144, Poland, with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in international relations and diplomacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, he co-founded Lichtar, a group of Adam Mickiewicz University students designated as an extremist group by Belarus\u2019 Committee for State Security (KGB) on January 28, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
