It ranks 180 countries and territories on a scale from 100 (very clean) to 0 (highly corrupt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belarus scored 31 points in 2025, falling by two points from 2024 and ranking 124th together with Djibouti, Mongolia, Niger, Turkey and Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Russia, with 22 points, ranked below Belarus at 157th position. Ukraine scored 36 points, ranking 104th. The other neighbors fared much better \u2013 Poland ranked 53rd with 53 points; Latvia, 38th with 48 points; and Lithuania, 26th with 65 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denmark has topped the CPI for the fourth consecutive year, scoring 89 points in 2025.
