He assured the seventh-ranking member of the party\u2019s Politburo Standing Committee that Minsk is strongly committed to all-weather strategic partnership with China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Li stressed that Beijing intends to continue high-quality cooperation with Belarus within China\u2019s Belt and Road Initiative and strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation on multilateral platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krutoj has been in China since April 26 at the invitation of the International Department of the communist party\u2019s Central Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He visited Xi\u2019an, capital of the Shaanxi province.
