Later the pair allegedly made an attempt to ship the substance to Russia in a truck owned by an organization in Brest. Police intercepted the vehicle on the Brest-Moscow highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Criminal proceedings have been instituted against the men, who are facing up to 10 years in prison.
