German language ranks second despite a nearly 28-percnet decline in numbers to 62,556 students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of students studying French and Spanish decreased by 17.5 percent and 22.6 percent, respectively. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, Belarusian Education Minister Andrej Ivaniec said that 150 schools teach Chinese as a regular subject and 400 more schools as an optional subject.
