Among 130 countries and territories represented on Ukraine\u2019s sanctions list, Belarus ranks fourth after Russia, Ukraine itself and Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo\u0142at-Sanjiang is known as a Belarusian joint venture with the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant as a co-founder. It produces wheeled chassis for military equipment, including multiple launch rocket systems by the Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant.
