July 2, Pozirk.<\/em><\/strong> Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka has concluded his visit to Indonesia and left for Myanmar, the Belarusian ruler\u2019s press office reported on July 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following his talks with Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto on July 1, \u0141uka\u0161enka reportedly boasted that \u201ctens of millions of dollars\u2019 worth of agreements\u201d had been struck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agreements on visa-free travel for Belarusian citizens, direct passenger air service between and the opening of an Indonesian embassy in Minsk were reached, the press office said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0141uka\u0161enk\u0430 and Subianto also approved a cooperation roadmap for 2026-2030.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A package of documents aimed at increasing ties in industry, culture, healthcare and \u201caccreditation\u201d were signed, the press office said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After wrapping up his visit to Jakarta, \u0141uka\u0161enk\u0430 reportedly departed for Myanmar, where he is expected to meet with the country\u2019s leader Min Aung Hlaing one-on-one in July 2 to discuss \u201cthe most pressing issues in Belarusian-Myanmar relations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The talks are expected to cover industry, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, humanitarian ties and other areas, with a \u201cjoint action plan\u201d to be approved, listing specific projects for 2026-2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Myanmar has been under military rule since a 2021 coup against a democratically elected government, followed by a civil war that has claimed thousands of lives. Minsk has sought to expand ties with Myanmar lately. \u0141uka\u0161enka visited it on November 27 and 28, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0141uka\u0161enka arrived in Indonesia on July 1 following his visit to China on June 29 and 30. Earlier, he had two days of talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in his residence of Valdai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
