Others are Belarusians Jaras\u0142a\u016d Ha\u0142o\u016d\u010danka, Vadzim Bahdana\u016d and Juryj Filamienka. Charges against them included high treason, terrorism, facilitating extremist activities and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sentences of eight blacklisted persons remain incomplete, which means that they may be serving non-custodial terms.
