August 3, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> Belarus recorded the highest rise in agricultural output among the five member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in the first six months of 2026 compared with the same period of the previous year, according to the Eurasian Economic Commission. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Agricultural output reportedly increased by 0.3 percent year-on-year in the bloc as a whole, rising by 4.7 percent in Belarus, by 4.4 percent in Kazakhstan and by 4.3 percent in Kyrgyzstan and dropping by 0.8 percent in Russia and by 10.9 percent in Armenia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarus reported a 0.2-percent rise in agricultural output in 2025. The Minsk region and the Brest regionaccounted for the largest share of the output, 25.1 percent and 23.8 percent, respectively, while the Viciebsk and Mahilo\u016d regions had the smallest shares, each contributing just over 10 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
