Sauerkraut, described as the \u201cleader of Belarusian production,\u201d was the only exception, with up to 39 domestically produced varieties compared with just four imported brands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belarus\u2019 pickled cucumber production reportedly fell about 20 percent year on year, while sauerkraut production remained roughly unchanged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authorities plan to increase the share of domestically produced goods in Belarus to at least 63 percent by the end of 2030.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 4, Pozirk.
