September 13, Pozirk<\/em>.<\/strong> Ina Dabratvor has been elected secretary of the Coordination Council\u2019s delegation to the Council of Europe\u2019s (CoE) Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, the council reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her tasks will include providing organizational and administrative support for the delegation\u2019s work and coordinating its interaction with the Congress secretariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Belarusian delegation to the CoE regional body was formed in late August. Its members are Juryj Hubarevi\u010d, Alaksandra Dojni\u010d and former diplomat Iryna Cha\u0142opica. Their deputies are Michai\u0142 Rubin, Alaksandar \u0141apko and Anastasija \u015avirkova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The delegation will be able to address Congress sessions and committee meetings. It will have no voting rights but may attend meetings of the Congress\u2019s political groups under conditions set by the groups themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities is the pan-European political body representing 46 CoE member states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
