Territorial forces will also practice coordination with law enforcement agencies, interior troops and people\u2019s militia units to guard critical facilities, enforce martial law and counter enemy sabotage groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minsk announced the start of a territorial troops drill in the \u010cervie\u0144 and Bierazino districts on August 25.
