{"id":204253,"date":"2026-09-17T17:49:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-17T14:49:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/204253\/"},"modified":"2026-09-17T17:49:18","modified_gmt":"2026-09-17T14:49:18","slug":"drill-near-lithuanian-polish-borders-involves-rebuffing-sabotage-groups","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/204253\/","title":{"rendered":"Drill near Lithuanian, Polish borders involves rebuffing sabotage groups"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>September 17, <em>Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>A mechanized brigade participating in the ongoing command staff exercise in western Belarus is simulating an operation to protect the state border, destroying illegal armed gangs and sabotage groups, the defense ministry reported on September 17<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants are setting up and operating checkpoints, engaging the imaginary enemy\u2019s personnel and equipment and promptly responding to updates, the ministry said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Western Operational Command launched the four-day exercise near Belarus\u2019 western border on September 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Ho\u017ea and Ru\u017eany training grounds in the Hrodna and Brest regions, respectively, as well as a range in Brest, are hosting the maneuvers.
