<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>September<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;19,&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><em>Pozirk<\/em><\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;Representatives of Ukraine and Belarusian pro-democracy forced who participated in the Ostrogski Forum in Kyiv on September 18 and 19 published a joint statement expressing determination to work together to establish the circumstances of the forced displacement of Ukrainian children to Russia and Belarus and facilitate their return.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants at the forum condemn what they call the complicity of&nbsp;Alaksandar \u0141uka\u0161enka\u2019s regime in Russia\u2019s armed aggression against Ukraine but&nbsp;stress that responsibility for the actions of the regime cannot be placed on the Belarusian people and that the protection of children\u2019s rights must remain a shared humanitarian and human rights priority.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They declare their commitment to unite efforts for the systematic identification of cases involving the deportation and forcible transfer of Ukrainian children, including to so-called health camps, as well as in documenting the circumstances of their displacement, detention, forced indoctrination, and militarization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;Ostrogski Forum&nbsp;is a Belarusian-Ukrainian expert and political platform that brings together&nbsp;politicians, independent experts, civil society activists, researchers, and human rights advocates&nbsp;from both Ukraine and Belarus to discuss bilateral relations, regional security, democratic solidarity, and
