Food prices&nbsp;rose&nbsp;by 0.8 percent, and&nbsp;the prices of&nbsp;non-food&nbsp;products&nbsp;and services&nbsp;rose&nbsp;by 3.4&nbsp;and 8.6&nbsp;percent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consumer prices increased by 4.6 percent compared with September 2025.
