October 12, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>Belarus posted an increase of 0.2 percent in industrial and agricultural product prices in the Russia-led Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in August, according to Pozirk\u2019s<\/em> analysis of the Eurasian Economic Commission\u2019s data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russia led the industrial prices growth with 0.9 percent, followed by Kyrgyzstan with a 0.4-percent increase. Armenia and Kazakhstan posted price drops of 0.2 and 1.2 percent, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In August, agricultural product prices climbed by 0.5 percent in Kazakhstan and 1.4 percent in Russia, dropping by 5.2 percent in Armenia and 1.9 percent in Kyrgyzstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarus reported a 6.5-percent increase in agricultural output in the first eight months of 2026, posting the highest year on year rise among the five member states of the EAEU. At the same time, Belarus ranked second to last in the EAEU in terms of industrial production growth, with 0.2 percent in January-August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
