October 27, Pozirk.<\/em> <\/strong>The Belarusian economy employed 4,180,500 people in September, 10,900 fewer than in August, according to Pozirk\u2019s<\/em> analysis of the National Statistics Committee (Bie\u0142stat) data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of people employed in Belarus\u2019 economy reportedly rose from 4,162,800 in January to 4,180,900 in March, fell to 4,160,500 in May and climbed to 4,182,900 in June. It edged down to 4,182,500 in July before increasing to 4,191,400 in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the State Employment Service, 132, 589 vacancies were available to job seekers as of October 27, up from 130,141 on September 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belarus\u2019 nominal (before-tax) monthly pay averaged 3,099 rubels ($1,030 at the National Bank\u2019s exchange rate) in September, dropping by 1.17 percent from the August level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
