His deputy Valancin Stefanovi\u010d, vice president of the International Federation for Human Rights, was given nine years; U\u0142adzimir \u0141abkovi\u010d, coordinator of the Human Rights Defenders for Free Elections campaign, seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In late August, authorities blacklisted Viasna and its regional branches as an extremist
