Andrej Rasiuk as deputy chief of the General Staff and head of its main organizing and mobilizing department, the press office of the Belarusian ruler reported today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The position had been vacant since August 14, when \u0141uka\u0161enka dismissed Maj. Gen. U\u0142adzis\u0142a\u016d Budzik. He had headed the department since August 29, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2019, \u0141uka\u0161enka awarded Rasiuk with an&nbsp;Order for Service to the Motherland, 3rd class. At the time, he was the commander of the 361 base for the&nbsp;protection and maintenance of the army&#8217;s central administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Belarus supports Russia&#8217;s aggression in Ukraine, its army is holding frequent exercises.
