The rate on straight-run gasoline increased from $11.7 to $13.1. The rate on commercial gasoline, diesel oil, light and middle distillates, benzene, toluene, xylenes and lubricating oils increased from $6.4&nbsp;to $7.1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The hike comes one month
