The growth in comparable prices amounted to 2.7% compared to January 2021, as reported by the National Statistical Committee.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t For the whole year of 2021, Belarusian GDP increased by 2.3%. It fell by 0.9% in 2020, increased by 1.2% in 2019, by 3% in 2018, by 2.4% in 2017, and declined by 2.6% in 2016.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Aliaksandr Luka\u0161enka&#8217;s decree No. 481 dated December 9, 2021 &#8220;On approving the most important parameters of Belarus&#8217; social and economic development forecast for 2022&#8221; anticipates a 2.9% growth of the country&#8217;s economy.
