He was accused of large-scale tax evasion. Eighteen months later, when the maximum term of custody for the preliminary investigation expired, the media learned that Babaryka was facing new charges: inciting racial, national, religious or other social hatred or discord (Article 130, part 3 of the Criminal Code) and organization of mass riots (Article 293, part 1 of the Criminal Code). The ex-banker&#8217;s son faces up to 15 years in prison.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Viktar Babaryka was accused of bribery.
