{"id":41494,"date":"2022-03-04T16:03:24","date_gmt":"2022-03-04T13:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/api.pozirk.online\/articles\/another-criminal-case-opened-against-cichanouskaja-for-calling-to-harm-the-national-security-of-belarus\/"},"modified":"2026-02-24T20:29:13","modified_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:29:13","slug":"another-criminal-case-opened-against-cichanouskaja-for-calling-to-harm-the-national-security-of-belarus","status":"publish","type":"articles","link":"https:\/\/pozirk.online\/en\/news\/41494\/","title":{"rendered":"Another criminal case opened against Cichano\u016dskaja for calling to harm the national security of Belarus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<b>March 4, <span>BPN<\/span>.<\/b> The Prosecutor General&#8217;s Office has opened a criminal case under Article 361, part 3 of the Criminal Code (calls for sanctions and other actions aimed at harming national security) against Belarusian democratic leader Sviatlana Cichano\u016dskaja.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t The press service of the General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office reports that &#8220;the suspect, acting with other unidentified persons, no later than March 2, 2022, recorded and posted a video on YouTube video hosting website and Telegram messenger containing public calls for acts of terrorism and sabotage, treason, committing other actions aimed at harming the national security of Belarus.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Previously, a criminal case was opened against Cichano\u016dskaja under Article 361, part 3 of the Criminal Code for calls to overthrow or change the constitutional order of Belarus or to commit crimes against the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Other criminal cases have been opened against her under Article 3611, part 1 (creation of an extremist formation and its leadership), Article 357, part 1 (conspiracy to seize power unconstitutionally), Article 13, part 1 and Article 293, part 2 (preparation for mass riots), Article 13, part 1 and Article 292, part 1 (preparation for the seizure of buildings and facilities), Article 14, part 1 and Article 289, part 3 (attempted act of terrorism) of the Criminal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t The KGB included Cichano\u016dskaja in the list of persons involved in terrorist activities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 4, BPN.
