This should be clearly stated, as well as that all those who would follow their instructions to participate in military actions should also be classified as war criminals,&#8221; said Vusa\u016d.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t He said that the provision of territory for Russian troops indicates that Belarus is an aggressor.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t According to the UN Convention, approved by General Assembly resolution 3314 (XXIX) dated December 14, 1974, aggression is considered, among other things, &#8220;the action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State,&#8221; Vusa\u016d noted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Political analyst believes that Luka\u0161enka&#8217;s illegitimate presidency can help Belarus not to remain in history as an aggressor against Ukraine.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t &#8220;The war will end unfavorably for Russia and consequently for Belarus if nuclear weapons are not used. In order to avoid the perception of Belarus as an aggressor country after the war, it is necessary to make it clear once again to the world public that Luka\u0161enka represents only himself and the interests of Russia in case our territory is used for aggression against Ukraine,&#8221; Vusa\u016d noted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>March 11, BPN.
