It ranked sixth in terms of weakening in the former Soviet Union.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Moldova topped the ranking with 7.47 percent, followed by Ukraine with 7.25 percent, and the Baltic states with 5.72 percent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 14, BPN.
