They are allowed to leave the facility for work only.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On the same day, Judge Alena \u0160y\u0142ko sentenced Ivan \u010caravaka to four years in prison for insulting Alaksandr \u0141uka\u0161enka and inciting hatred.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On June 13, Judge Ta\u0107\u0107ana Piro\u017enikava of the Masko\u016dski District Court in Minsk sentenced Ihar Krau\u010danka, accused of participating in the 2020 post-election protests in Minsk, to three years of restricted freedom without referral to a correctional facility.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t People sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility are confined to their residence during non-working hours and are required to retain or seek employment. Law enforcement officers can visit their home or place of employment anytime to make sure they comply with the terms of confinement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On June 15, political activist U\u0142adzimir \u0160ul\u017eycki was arrested in Smarho\u0144, Hrodna region. The charges against him and his whereabouts are unknown.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On June 13, police arrested history teacher Alena Zubrova from Navapo\u0142ack, Viciebsk region. She was sentenced to 15 days in jail for reposting Radio Svaboda&#8217;s article about the death of Stanis\u0142a\u016d \u0160u\u0161kievi\u010d, the first leader of independent Belarus. In December 2021, the authorities declared Radio Svaboda an extremist group.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Maksim Sabalo\u016d, 25, was arrested in Viciebsk for administering a chat created back in 2020.
