It ranked sixth in terms of weakening in the former Soviet Union.<\/p>\n<p>Moldova topped the ranking with 7.47 percent, followed by Ukraine with 7.25 percent, and the Baltic states with 5.72 percent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 16, BPN.
