It ranked sixth in terms of weakening in the former Soviet Union.<\/p>\n<p>Moldova topped the ranking with 7.47%, followed by Ukraine with 7.25%, and the Baltic states with 5.72%.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 24, BPN.
