She was later charged with threatening violence towards an internal affairs officer and insulting Alaksandr \u0141uka\u0161enka. The woman suffers from diabetes.<\/p>\n<p> In a separate development, a court in Minsk on June 23 sentenced&nbsp;Ta\u0107ciana Vadapjan, 49,&nbsp;to two years of restricted freedom, a type of home confinement,&nbsp;for a &#8220;political graffiti,&#8221; human rights activists said.<\/p>\n<p>Offenders sentenced to restricted freedom without referral to an open-type correctional facility are confined to their residence during non-working hours and are required to retain or seek employment. Law enforcement officers can visit their home or place of employment anytime to make sure they comply with the terms of confinement.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>June 28, BPN.
