According to the Security Service of Ukraine, they were involved in transporting Russian personnel, weapons, military equipment and logistics support to Ukraine\u2019s northern borders. The locomotives also \u201cparticipated in hostilities against the defense forces in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions,\u201d the police said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 2, BPN.
