In addition, at least 33 mobile phones were confiscated as means of committing offenses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Belarusian authorities continue to prosecute under administrative articles Belarusians actively expressing their discontent with&nbsp;the government&nbsp;and participating in anti-war protests.
