Currently registered in Estonia as a non-profit organization, it focuses on creative projects and worldwide promotion of Belarusian culture, artists, performers, and art managers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t On June 7, the interior ministry declared the Council&#8217;s website, byculture.org, as well as its communities on social media and messengers extremist groups.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>September 7, BPN.
