He will also take part in ministerial meetings to discuss defense of the UN Charter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Makiej plans to attend the signing of the convention facilitating rail border crossing procedures. He will also meet &#8220;colleagues from Europe, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and the UN leadership,&#8221; the ministry said.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Belarusian democratic leader Sv\u0301iat\u0142ana Cichano\u016dskaja will also take part in the 77th UN General Assembly.
