It strengthened by 0.74 percent against the euro and by 0.43 percent against the Russian ruble.<\/p>\n<p>The rubel gained 0.29 percent against the US dollar in October 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 4, BPN.
