Police can visit their home or place of employment anytime to make sure they comply with the terms of confinement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Judge Ta\u0107ciana Piro\u017enikava found him&nbsp;guilty of participation in antigovernment protests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Police arrested Stasilevi\u010d together with his brother-in-law Ja\u016dhien Barysik in July. Both served 10-day jail terms: Stasilevi\u010d, for sharing with his friends a news post from a Telegram channel deemed extremist, and Barysik, for disorderly conduct and swearing at the police department. Barysik was released after serving his term, while Stasilevi\u010d was charged with taking part in protests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t Human rights defenders declared him a political prisoner.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 9, BPN.
