It fell by 0.92 percent against the euro and by 0.44 percent against the Russian ruble.<\/p>\n<p>The rubel gained 0.29 percent against the US dollar in October 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>November 14, BPN.
